Does Comprehensive and Collision coverage have a medical payment section in it? So if you were injured in a hit & run accident in a car which only has Comprehensive and Collision but not uninsured motorist coverage, are you or your passengers entitled to medical coverage under “the medical coverage section” of the comp and collision coverages?
