I moved to Colorado from California and changed my registration to Colorado. However, I still have insurance for my vehicle in California. Do I need to transfer my insurance also? The vehicle is currently not running and the insurance is suspended. Will my insurance still send proof of insurance to Colorado DMV and not California DMV? Or will California DMV send notice to Colorado DMV?
