I got a speeding ticket for driving 76 in a 60 mile zone, and the fine was $170 and I got 2 points along side of that. I currently live in Maryland, and do not wish to drive 6 hours back to Ohio to appear in court. I am willing to pay for the fine, but do not want any points on my driving records. Is there any way that I can not show up in court, pay the fine, and have my points removed completely?
